How many people are in a group class?

Classes will range in size depending on the time/day. Our classes are typically smaller in size with no more than 15 people. This means you get more personalized attention!

What are your kickboxing classes like?

Our class consists of cardio and strength training. We do bodyweight exercises as well as some light weight training. We then teach you punch and kick combinations that are performed on a heavy bag.

Are your kickboxing classes for all fitness levels?

YES! Some of our members haven’t worked out in years while others have been doing it for a while. Our class is designed in a way that anyone at any fitness level can take it.

How many days per week should I attend class?

The amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule and fitness goals. Most of our members take about 3 classes per week and see awesome results.

Can I wear sneakers during your kickboxing class?

Most of our members work out barefoot on the mat. If you prefer to wear sneakers, they must be a pair that has never been worn outside.

I have ailments such as bad knees, a bad back etc…Can I still take your kickboxing class?

Some of our members have these issues too! We always suggest that you consult with your physician first. If they say it’s ok, just let your instructor know about it. We will modify the exercises for you.

How long are your classes?

Our classes are an hour long.

Do you offer nutritional advice?

At the end of our classes, we offer a nutrition tip. If you have any other questions just ask an instructor, we are always eager to help!
